ANNULLATO Capitolo Generale Ordini Dinastici della Real Casa di Savoia

Gentili Dame, Cari Cavalieri,
considerando l’aggravarsi della situazione pandemica e le disposizioni già emanate dalla Confederazione Elvetica, dall’Italia e da vari Paesi Europei (non ultimo l’invito del Ministero degli Affari Esteri Italiano a non effettuare viaggi), con estremo rammarico, la Gran Cancelleria degli Ordini Dinastici della Real Casa di Savoia, su istanza del Gran Magistero, è costretta ad annullare la prevista cerimonia protocollare di rimessa dei diplomi e la colazione benefica alla presenza di S.A.R. il Gran Maestro programmate a Ginevra per il 5 Dicembre 2020.
S.A.R. il Principe Vittorio Emanuele, nostro Gran Maestro, avrebbe voluto incontrarVi numerosi, ma ciò non è attualmente possibile: condividendo la costernazione dell’Augusto Principe, informiamo tutti coloro che avessero effettuato la prenotazione sia da considerarsi automaticamente annullata.
I Diplomi e le relative insegne spettanti ai neo-insigniti saranno trasmessi nelle prossime settimane ai Delegati o Fiduciari regionali di pertinenza che potranno così provvedere a contattare direttamente gli ammittendi e promovendi per concordare le modalità e le tempistiche di consegna. Non vi sono in tal senso indicazioni specifiche: ogni Delegazione potrà procedere come più riterrà opportuno nei prossimi mesi (ivi compresa la possibilità di provvedere a una consegna strettamente privata), in base alla situazione pandemica del territorio, nell’osservanza più rigorosa delle norme emanate dalle autorità civili.
I nostri uffici restano a disposizione per ogni informazione e necessità.
Con l’augurio di poter superare presto anche questa difficile prova, rinnoviamo il sempiterno motto “Savoye, bonnes nouvelles”!

Dear Dames and Knights,
considering the worsening of the situation of the pandemic and the provisions already issued by the Swiss Confederation, Italy and various European countries (not least the fact that the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has urged citizens not to travel), it is with great regret that the Grand Chancellery of the Dynastic Orders of the Royal House of Savoy, has to cancel the planned protocol ceremony for the handing over of diplomas and the charity luncheon in the presence of H.R.H. the Grand Master scheduled in Geneva for 5 December 2020.
H.R.H. Prince Vittorio Emanuele, our Grand Master, would have liked to meet many of you, but this is not possible at the moment: sharing the dismay of the Augustus Prince, we inform all those who have already made a booking that it is automatically cancelled.
The Diplomas and the relative insignia due to the new entrants will be sent in the next few weeks to the Regional Delegates or Trustees who will then contact the new members to agree on the methods and timing of delivery. There are no specific indications in this sense: each Delegation may proceed as it deems appropriate in the coming months (including the possibility of strictly private delivery), based on the situation of the pandemic in their respective areas, in strict compliance with the regulations issued by the authorities.
